Context

Vori Health is an innovative healthcare provider redefining musculoskeletal (MSK) care through a digital-first approach. By integrating specialized medical doctors, physical therapists, and nutritionists into a single care model, they deliver comprehensive treatment for back and joint pain — removing the traditional barriers between disciplines. With a rapidly growing patient base and ambitions to scale across the United States, Vori Health needed more than a website. They needed a high-performance marketing ecosystem capable of converting diverse audience segments, from cold prospects discovering MSK care for the first time to patients ready to book a consultation.

The existing setup didn't give the marketing team the speed or flexibility they needed. Every new campaign required developer involvement, slowing down launches and limiting experimentation. The challenge was clear: build a system that empowers the team to move fast, test aggressively, and convert efficiently — all while maintaining the trust and professionalism expected in the healthcare space.

Goals

The core objective was to design and build a full-funnel landing page strategy tailored to every stage of the patient journey. This meant creating distinct page types for Top of Funnel (TOF) — awareness-driven content targeting people searching for pain relief solutions — Middle of Funnel (MOF) — educational pages building trust through clinical expertise and patient stories — and Bottom of Funnel (BOF) — high-intent conversion pages designed to drive consultation bookings. Each page type had its own structure, messaging tone, and conversion mechanics, ensuring that the right message reached the right audience at the right time.

Equally important was giving the marketing team full autonomy over their funnel operations. The system had to allow them to launch new landing pages, duplicate existing ones for A/B testing, and customize content for different campaigns — all without any developer intervention. This level of independence was critical to Vori Health's growth velocity, enabling them to respond to market opportunities in hours rather than weeks. At the same time, every page needed to maintain brand consistency and a seamless, medical-grade user experience across all entry points of the patient journey.

Technical Challenges

The first major technical challenge was engineering a modular component architecture — essentially a "Lego-style" system built in Webflow. Instead of designing pages from scratch each time, the team can now assemble landing pages by combining pre-built, fully styled sections: testimonials, FAQs, pricing comparisons, trust badges, video embeds, and more. Each module was designed to work independently and in any combination, maintaining visual integrity regardless of how sections are arranged. This drastically reduced page creation time while ensuring design consistency across hundreds of funnel variations.

The second challenge was implementing a scalable style guide through a robust global class system. In a healthcare context, brand trust is everything — a misaligned font or inconsistent color can undermine credibility. The class architecture was built so that any change to the brand identity — whether a new color palette, updated typography, or revised spacing — automatically propagates across every funnel page simultaneously. This means Vori Health can evolve their visual identity without the risk of inconsistencies creeping into live campaigns.

Finally, conversion optimization was woven into every technical decision. Advanced tracking was integrated across all funnel pages to measure performance at every stage. Custom forms were designed to capture lead data efficiently while remaining fully compliant with healthcare privacy standards. Every interaction — from scroll depth to form abandonment — feeds back into the optimization loop, allowing the marketing team to continuously refine their approach based on real data rather than assumptions.
