A complete website redesign on Webflow for it4life, a Tech-for-Good social enterprise, translating their refreshed brand identity into a modern digital platform that showcases their global impact.
it4life is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting international solidarity organizations and social impact projects in their digital transformation. By providing technical expertise and innovative solutions, they help NGOs and social entrepreneurs maximize their positive impact through technology. With partnerships spanning multiple continents and a growing portfolio of projects in education, healthcare, and environmental sustainability, it4life had established itself as a trusted name in the Tech-for-Good sector.
Following a complete overhaul of their visual identity, it4life needed a digital platform that would do justice to their new branding while positioning them as a leader in their space. Their legacy website no longer reflected the ambition and professionalism of the organization. When Klyra took on the project, the goal was clear: build a modern, high-impact Webflow website that communicates trust, expertise, and social purpose — all while giving the team full control over their content.

The first objective was to successfully translate the new visual identity into a professional, modern website that reflects it4life's mission and credibility. Every design decision — from color palette to typography to imagery — was carefully aligned with the refreshed branding guidelines. The site needed to feel both institutional enough to reassure international partners and warm enough to convey the human impact at the heart of every project. Klyra worked closely with the it4life team to ensure the digital experience matched the ambition of the new brand.
The second priority was executing a seamless migration from their legacy platform to Webflow. This meant transferring all existing content, preserving the information architecture that users were familiar with, and ensuring zero disruption to the visitor experience during the transition. At the same time, the new site had to provide a structured way to showcase impact — presenting it4life's diverse projects and partnerships with global NGOs in a clear, compelling, and easily navigable format that highlights the breadth and depth of their work.

The first technical challenge was managing a strategic migration from the old platform to Webflow. This involved carefully transferring existing content and preserving the SEO authority that it4life had built over the years. Every URL was mapped, redirects were implemented, and metadata was preserved to ensure a smooth transition without losing organic visibility — critical for an organization that relies on inbound traffic to connect with potential partners and beneficiaries.
The second challenge was developing custom interactive elements that bring the new branding to life. Klyra designed subtle animations and micro-interactions that add a layer of sophistication to the user experience without compromising site performance or accessibility. These interactions were carefully calibrated to enhance engagement — guiding visitors through the site's narrative — while keeping load times fast and the experience inclusive for all users, including those on slower connections or using assistive technologies.
Finally, Klyra built a flexible CMS-driven portfolio structure that allows it4life to easily document and categorize their complex international projects. Each project can include varied media types — images, videos, documents — and is organized by region, partner, and impact area. This gives the it4life team full autonomy to update their portfolio, add new case studies, and keep their digital presence current without any developer support.
