Klyra provides web design, development, and digital services including but not limited to:

2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices are in EUR or USD as specified in the quote
- Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes
3. Payment Terms
- Deposit: 30% of the total project cost is required upon agreement to begin work
- Balance: Remaining 70% is due upon project completion, before final delivery
- Subscription services: Billed monthly in advance
- Payment deadline: 30 days from invoice date
4. Project Timeline
- Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed
- Delays caused by client feedback or content delivery may extend the timeline
- We will communicate any significant delays promptly
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Ensure they have rights to any content provided to us
6. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, the client owns all rights to the final deliverables
- We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

- If the client cancels mid-project, payment is due for all work completed to date
- We reserve the right to terminate a project if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date

Klyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bordeaux, France.
